These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Owings Mills, Maryland.

2. Purchase, Payment, and Event Policy

2.1 Pricing and Payments

All prices for Events, digital products, and educational services are listed on the website and are subject to change. Payment must be received by us prior to confirmation of your registration or service access.

2.2 General Refund Policy for Events

All sales for live events are final. If The Contract Doctor cancels an event, registered attendees will receive a full refund or a credit at the attendee’s election.

Exception for Cancellation: If an attendee must cancel their registration, we offer a full credit toward any future event or service of equal or lesser value, provided the cancellation request is received via email at [email protected] and [email protected] at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.

No Refunds or Credits: No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, or for failure to attend the event.

3. Intellectual Property and Content

3.1 Ownership

All content on the website, including all text, logos, graphics, educational materials (binders, workbooks, presentations), and the teachings presented by Paul Gardner (The Contract Doctor), are the sole property of The Contract Doctor, LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any educational materials or event recordings without our express written permission.

4.1 Program Description

The Contract Doctor, LLC, uses this program to send automated informational and promotional messages, including: Event confirmations, appointment reminders, direct response promotions, client support updates, and general notifications related to services you have requested.

4.2 User Consent and Opt-In

You provide consent to receive recurring automated promotional and informational text messages. Consent is obtained by:

Checking a box indicating your consent on a web form when registering for an event or service.

Opting-in through other advertised methods, such as texting a specific keyword to our number. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4.3 Message Frequency and Rates

You will receive a maximum of 6 messages per week during active campaigns or as needed for client support. Standard message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You are responsible for all charges imposed by your mobile phone service provider.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying with the keyword STOP (or QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END) to any message you receive. We will send you one final confirmation message, and you will receive no further messages from this program.
